Job summary

Concentric Power Services seeks a Field Technician, Motive Power, to inspect, maintain, and repair motive power equipment. You will troubleshoot battery/charger systems, perform repairs at customer sites and shops, and respond to client needs with professional customer service.

The role reports to the Regional Service Manager and may require travel within the territory and occasional overtime. Candidate must have a High School or GED diploma, with an Associate Degree or strong equivalent

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Associate Degree preferred or strong equivalent experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus but not required.
• Basic AC/DC electrical/electronic theory knowledge.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair motive power equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot battery/charger systems.
• Conduct repairs at customer locations and in Concentric shops.
• Respond to client needs with strong customer service; document work orders and communications.
• Follow safety requirements and SOPs; work independently or in teams as needed.
• Travel within designated territory; occasional overtime may be required.
