We're partnering with a fast-growing robotics startup building autonomous mobile robots for commercial properties. Their robots are already deployed in the field, and the company is now scaling deployments while expanding into new products and use cases.

They're looking for a Robotics Software Engineer to join their autonomy team in Santa Clara, CA.

You'll work primarily on motion planning and autonomy, while also contributing across areas such as perception, navigation, and system integration. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll build and deploy software directly onto real-world robotic systems.

What we're looking for:

• ~2–3 years of experience in robotics, autonomy, or autonomous systems
• Strong fundamentals in motion planning / path planning / trajectory planning
• Experience with mobile robots, autonomous vehicles, drones, or similar systems
• Experience deploying robotics software on real-world systems
• Perception experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills
• Ability to work across different areas of the autonomy stack
