Job summary

MyPrize is seeking a Motion & Interactive Brand Designer to elevate our brand through motion, interaction, and animation. You will shape how brand moments, transitions, and product experiences feel across marketing, web, and apps, using Rive as the primary tool and collaborating with product teams.

You will work in a hybrid setup, partnering with brand designers, product designers, and engineers to create reusable motion systems, while extending brand guidelines and ensuring scalable, performant

Responsibilities

• Brand: design motion for marketing, web, app surfaces and launches to feel alive and distinctive.
• Product: create interactive motion systems; design transitions, micro-interactions, gestures and expressive UI behaviors.
• Across: develop reusable motion components and guidelines; improve usability and brand expression.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineers to integrate motion end-to-end and ensure production readiness.

We're seeking a Motion & Interactive Brand Designer to join our growing Product team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you will be focused on leveling up the operational foundation that powers the MyPrize product machine and drives repeatable and measurable growth.

The Role:

We're looking for a talented designer who brings both brand and product to life through motion, interaction, and animation. You'll sit on the brand team but work across the aisle with product designers, UX researchers, and engineers — defining how our brand and our interfaces move, respond, transition, and express personality. Rive is your primary tool. This role reports to our Senior Brand Designer.

What you will do at MyPrize:

Brand

• Design motion for marketing; web, app, landing-page moments, and brand launches. That makes MyPrize feel alive and unmistakable.
• Bring signature brand moments to life: reveals, celebratory and win states, hero animations.
• Apply and extend our brand guidelines through motion, keeping every animation on-brand across surfaces.

Product

• Create interactive motion systems for product experiences, with Rive as the primary tool..
• Design transitions, micro-interactions, gestures, feedback states, and expressive UI behaviors.
• Turn static UX concepts into interactive prototypes that communicate behavior and intent..
• Partner with Product Designers to integrate motion into end-to-end user flows.
• Collaborate with engineers to make animations production-ready, performant, and scalable.

Across both

• Develop reusable Rive components, animation patterns, and interaction guidelines.
• Use motion to improve usability, feedback, hierarchy, delight, and brand expression.
• Help establish the team's broader motion and interaction design language across brand and product.
