Qualifications

Experience creating motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content within a professional creative environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in animation, motion design, and visual storytelling.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance as required by the position.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography, visual explainers, and multimedia content for digital, social, video, and presentation platforms.
Translate strategic objectives and audience insights into engaging visual narratives and motion-based storytelling experiences.
Support concept development, storyboarding, animation planning, and creative ideation for campaigns and multimedia initiatives.
Collaborate with designers, writers, strategists, UX specialists, and communications teams to develop integrated creative solutions.
Create and maintain motion graphics templates, animation libraries, visual assets, and reusable resources.
