Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to champion our visual brand through motion-led content across channels. The role is remote based in Ireland, supporting Corporate Content & Creative (C3) programs, turning complex ideas into engaging animations and video narratives.

You’ll design for product launches, campaigns, explainers, and storytelling pieces, delivering bold, brand-aligned content with strong pacing, typography, and VFX while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Portfolio highlighting motion graphics and animation work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or Fine Arts with 2+ years’ experience.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience adapting motion content for social, digital, web and presentations.
• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality motion graphics and video content for digital, social, and multimedia channels.
• Design and animate assets for product launches, campaigns, explainers, and storytelling pieces.
• Elevate brand expression through animation, typography, color, sound and VFX.
• Support full motion graphics workflow from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and creatives to deliver cohesive storytelling.
