Job summary

WITHIN is seeking a design-oriented professional with a passion for motion graphics and strong visual design. The role emphasizes creating arresting visuals across modular content, long-form campaigns, and activations, while collaborating closely with PMs, ADs, and Account Managers in a fast-paced, on-site Mexico City office.

You will leverage 2D/3D motion skills, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools to deliver high-quality work and push creative boundaries in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience collaborating with teams and working independently.
• Passion for digital advertising & content, paid & organic social.
• Strong portfolio with engaging design, motion design, and campaign work.
• Well organized and a great collaborator.
• Knowledge of typography, design, animation, and motion graphics.
• Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign and/or Premiere a plus.
• Quality of work across clients and projects; ability to build storyboards and decks.
• Experience with AI motion tools and image generation for dynamic visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching 2D/3D motion graphics and contribute to concept development.
• Iterate based on data metrics and KPIs from ad performance.
• Incorporate performance learnings into the creative process.
• Prepare storyboards and decks for various project types (modular content, long form, activations, 360 campaigns).
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to communicate progress and bandwidth.
• Stay current with new creative trends, tools, and platforms.
• Proactively suggest inventive, non-traditional solutions to briefs.
