Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphic design.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with producers and directors.

Responsibilities

• Service the needs for News Projects as assigned.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and delivered on schedule.
• Effectively communicate concepts and ideas to the Manager and production team.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate design assets into motion graphics.
• Work closely with producers, directors and graphics designers to incorporate design assets into motion graphics.
• Manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.

Univision is seeking a talented motion graphic designer based in Miami, proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills. This individual will be a major contributor to the News Special Projects. Must be a true team-player, with an emphasis on quality and timeliness. This role performs a wide range of duties with a unique blend of design, animation, and client communication. Candidate most work well under pressure.The successful candidate will be a strategic and creative thinker, a self-starter, and a collaborator, willing to learn and share ideas, to generate original content for the needs of the news division.Most be flexible on the schedule, be willing to work nights and weekends as well as holidays.
