Job summary

IFG - International Financial Group seeks a Motion Designer to create, edit, and polish customer-facing video content and tutorials for productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

You will partner with design, product, and marketing teams to translate UI designs and product narratives into engaging visual assets for marketing and social channels.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional motion design, video editing, or digital production experience.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Clipchamp, Copilot) is a plus.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, visual storytelling, clear pacing, and polished execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and edit motion graphics, video captures, and animations using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with designers in Figma to navigate UI files and update product assets.
• Drive post-production work including transitions, typography, color adjustments, audio sync, and multi-format exports.
• Maintain organized production workflows, file naming conventions, version tracking, and project timelines.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Motion Designer to create, edit, and polish customer-facing video content and tutorials for cutting-edge productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot.

In this role, you will partner with design, product, and marketing teams to translate UI designs, screen captures, and product narratives into engaging visual assets for marketing and social media channels.

What You’ll Do

• Design and edit high-impact motion graphics, video captures, and animations using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with designers in Figma to navigate UI files, update product assets, and ensure accurate product representations.
• Drive post-production work, including transitions, typography, color adjustments, audio sync, and multi-format exports.
• Maintain organized production workflows, file naming conventions, version tracking, and project timelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional motion design, video editing, or digital production experience.
• Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or Premiere Pro, alongside working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Productivity Suite: Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Clipchamp, Copilot).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, visual storytelling, clear pacing, and polished execution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, or a related field.
