Position Details

• Title: Motion Graphic Designer
• Location: Onsite, Redwood City Office
• Travel Requirements: Must be available to travel for meetings, live events, and video production

We seek a creative Motion Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through design, video, and motion graphics. You will contribute to diverse projects supporting brand campaigns, digital experiences, events, and social media with compelling, on-brand motion content. Join a collaborative global team focused on delivering high-quality creative aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement our brand’s visual identity and design system across motion and video content.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for campaigns, social media, logo animations, events, and environmental design.
• Produce creative videos for marketing, customer stories, product highlights, and social media.
• Work with sound design, music libraries, and post-production to deliver polished assets.
• Leverage AI tools for voice-over and workflow enhancements.
• Assist in creative development for campaigns, logos, branding, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the global creative team to ensure assets meet campaign and brand standards.
• Conceptualize and execute end-to-end visual stories.

Compensation

The salary range is $60,000 to $70,000, determined by location, education, experience, and other factors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years in motion graphics and graphic design.
• Must have an online portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Cinema 4D or 3D skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with social media content tailoring.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt.
• Ability to work USA West Coast hours.
