You will be instrumental in shaping visual narratives that bring complex business challenges to life through innovative motion graphics. This exciting opportunity will allow you to conceptualize and create compelling motion graphics for a variety of projects. You’ll collaborate with internal clients, translating their vision into engaging stories through storyboards, animation, and video production. Your expertise will be essential in developing high-quality content that informs, inspires, and drives results.

• This is a remote role, working EST hours
• Candidates must be based within 1 hour commuting distance to client sites at these locations:
• Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Portland, St. Louis.
• Candidates cannot be based in NY, NJ, CT, VA, Wash DC, Seattle and CA

Our client is looking for a motion graphics designer who hasexperience with Unity or another real-time application for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and create motion graphic assets, from concept to delivery
• Develop storyboards, animations, and videos for a range of projects
• Edit raw video footage and enhance motion graphics with visual elements
• Produce high-quality motion graphic content, specializing in animation, audio, and video
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and lead project teams in motion graphic processes
• Collaborate with internal clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize milestones, and deliver solutions within budget and timeframe

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia/Digital Design or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related motion design experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office software
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and brand guidelines
• Experience with storyboarding, video production techniques, and post-production workflow
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Proficient with third-party motion graphic plugins (Red Giant Complete)
• Experience with Unity or other real-time applications
• Knowledge of 3D modeling/animation (Cinema 4D)
• Experience working with stock footage and music libraries
• Experience working with external agencies for voice-over talent

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.26 to $43.63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
