Job summary

Early Marketing & Creative is a fully remote boutique agency seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer with motion graphics experience. You will craft visual assets across brand, digital, social, and multi-media channels, including logo design, advertising layouts, and event graphics, while collaborating with account managers to translate briefs into visual stories.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a creative marketing setting, strong English communication, and proficiency with Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Strong design skills across digital, social, and print.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
• Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
• 3–5 years’ experience in a creative marketing agency or in-house design.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple projects.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable with feedback from cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing brand work, motion graphics, video projects, and multi-channel design solutions.
• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in English, strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and ideate creative concepts.
• Develop and refine brand identities.
• Produce motion graphics and edit short-form videos.
• Design assets for campaigns, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with account managers and other creatives to ensure brand consistency.
• Prepare files for production and manage multiple projects.
