• Portfolio showcasing exceptional 2D/3D motion design, video editing, compositing, and animation craft.
• 3+ years of professional experience creating motion graphics for product, entertainment, or game development teams.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Cinema 4D. Experience with design systems and prototyping tools like Figma is essential.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles including composition, typography, color, timing, and motion theory.
• Experience translating concepts into compelling motion content through development cycles.
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration with diverse teams.
• Genuine passion for sports, gaming, and player experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and Animate: Create 2D/3D motion content for Madden’s in-game presentations and front-end experiences.
• Collaborate and Execute: Work with Experience/UI designers, Art Directors, and Engineers to translate direction into polished motion experiences.
• Prototype and Explore: Visualize new game features with motion prototypes and 3D explorations.
• Elevate and Standardize: Develop motion design principles for a consistent look across Madden ecosystem.
• Present and Iterate: Communicate design rationale and iterate based on feedback.
