Electronic Arts in Orlando is seeking a Motion Designer to shape the visual energy of Madden NFL. You will design and implement high‑quality 2D and 3D motion graphics for in‑game presentations and front‑end experiences.

Reporting to the Motion Graphics Lead, you will collaborate with Experience Designers, UI Designers, Art Directors and Engineers to deliver polished motion that engages players and defines the game’s visual identity.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing 2D/3D motion design, video editing, and animation craft.
• 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics.
• Expert in After Effects and Cinema 4D.
• Experience with design systems and Figma.
• Strong visual design fundamentals.
• Experience creating motion content across development cycles.
• Ability to translate concepts into motion experiences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Passion for sports and gaming.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate 2D/3D motion content for Madden in-game presentations.
• Collaborate with designers, UI designers, art directors and engineers to translate direction into polished motion.
• Prototype and visualize new features through motion and 3D explorations.
• Evolve and champion motion design standards across the Madden ecosystem.
• Present work to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
