Job summary

Paintgun is a dynamic creative agency focused on bold, visually captivating content and high-performing paid ads. We seek a motion designer who can challenge briefs, design across styles, and collaborate across the creative process—ideally with paid social experience. Flexible, remote-friendly role with a freelance rate.

You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values creativity and strategic thinking in digital advertising.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a motion designer in an agency, a design studio, a production company or an in-house creative department.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with 3D software (Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D).
• Flair for versatile design styles; paid social experience is a plus.

Requirements

• 3 years experience as a motion designer in an agency, a design studio, a production company or an in-house creative department
• Highly skilled user of Adobe Suite programs (primarily: After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop Illustrator)
• Experience working in a 3D software such as Blender, Maya or Cinema 4D.
• A good sense of design
• Comfortable in a wide range of styles and techniquesExperience in working with paid social is a HUGE plus
