Job summary

Motion is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Salisbury, NC location to manage shipping and receiving, pick/pack orders, and maintain stocked merchandise. Under supervision, you will process deliveries, returns, and basic inventory control; and may operate a forklift if certified. A high school diploma and basic math/computer skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and reading comprehension needed.
• Basic computer skills with inventory systems familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Determine items to pick, check, and ship from sales orders.
• Pull orders and recheck for accuracy; prepare items for delivery.
• Secure packages to prevent damage during shipping.
• Process customer returns to DC/fulfillment center or supplier.
• Stock and organize materials on racks according to MINO coding.
• Report damaged inventory to warehouse supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• May deliver items and obtain customer signature.
• May operate forklift if certified; receive items in the system.
