Motion Industries is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Danvers, MA who will oversee product inspections and ensure adherence to quality procedures. The role includes documenting test results, maintaining logs, and collaborating with technicians to implement improvements.
A clean, organized shop environment and accountability for team members are emphasized. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 0–3 years of experience and knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
The Quality Control Technician oversees and inspects products to ensure standards are met, and/or repairs in the shop ensuring proper procedures are followed to improve efficiency and results. The employee also ensures that the shop is clean and organized and makes adjustments when applicable.
