You will oversee admissions, staffing, and quality initiatives, mentor staff, and sustain a patient-first culture within a supportive leadership team. CA RN license and BLS/NRP are required; 2+ years in Mother Baby recommended; leadership experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• BLS required
• NRP required
• Minimum 2 year of Clinical Mother Baby experience

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services in the unit.
• Collaborates with managers to create an environment of teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when necessary.
• Oversees staff scheduling and staffing productivity in line with patient care needs.
• Supports inventory control and supplies management.
