The General Rehab Unit is located at Moss-Magee Rehabilitation in Center City Philadelphia, PA.

Schedule Commitment

• FT: Must be able to work three (3) twelve (12) hour shifts weekly, including every third weekend. Holiday commitment involves one holiday per season.
• PT FT: Must be able to work two (2) twelve (12) hour shifts weekly, including every third weekend. Holiday commitment involves one holiday per season.
• Per Diem: Must work 48 hours within a 6-week period, with at least 24 hours on weekends (Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday). Holiday commitment involves one holiday per season.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Nurse Manager.
• Provide direct bedside care to patients.
• Perform assigned nursing procedures to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Maintain documentation on all assigned patients, including flow sheets.
• Assist physicians with examinations and tests as needed.
• Other tasks include respiratory and rehabilitation services.

Qualifications

To qualify as a Patient Care Tech, you must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One of the following certifications: PCT or related; preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing assistant, PCT, or healthcare experience.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Ability to work 72 hours bi-weekly, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.
