The Traumatic Brain Injury Unit is located at Moss-Magee Rehabilitation in Center City Philadelphia, PA.

Schedule Commitment:

• FT: Must work three (3) 12-hour shifts weekly, including every third weekend. Holiday commitment includes 1 holiday per season.
• PT FT: Must work two (2) 12-hour shifts weekly, including every third weekend. Holiday commitment includes 1 holiday per season.
• Per Diem: Must work 48 hours within a 6-week period, including 24 hours on weekends. Holiday commitment includes 1 holiday per season.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Nurse Manager.
• Providing direct bedside care to patients.
• Performing assigned nursing procedures for patient comfort and well-being.
• Maintaining documentation on all assigned patients, including flow sheets.
• Assisting physicians with examinations and tests as needed.
• Providing respiratory and rehabilitation services.

Qualifications:

To qualify as a Patient Care Tech, you must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One of the following certifications: PCT or related; Certified Nursing Assistant (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing assistant, PCT, or healthcare experience.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Availability to work 72 hours bi-weekly, including every third weekend and holidays.
