HomeTeam is seeking a Mosquito Solutions Specialist in Sarasota, FL to convert leads into sales and manage customer relationships. You will explain services and warranties, close deals, and generate revenue in line with branch goals.

Requirements include 1–2 years of sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. A comprehensive benefits package and performance-based commissions are offered, with a company vehicle and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Run sales leads, explain services and warranties, and close a minimum percentage of leads.
• Self-generates leads when qualified leads are not provided by HomeTeam Pest Defense.
• Generates revenue per week as defined in branch sales goals.
• Develops and executes an effective sales and marketing plan.
• Contacts a minimum number of prospects daily by phone or door knocking.
• Follows up with customers to close sales and explain services and warranties.
• Provides paperwork to support all sales; ensure it is complete and accurate.
• Maintains good customer relationships and uses RAC financing when possible.
• Present a professional image with clean uniform and vehicle.
• Assist with additional projects as assigned.
