Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Mosquito Technician to perform field-based mosquito surveillance and control activities. This role emphasizes safe, courteous service and accurate data logging while working outdoors in varied conditions.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, driving privileges, and the ability to follow chemical label instructions. Training is provided; benefits start on day 1 for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect outdoor zones for mosquito breeding habitats and larvae presence.
• Apply appropriate control methods and log all activities accurately.
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and PPE according to label instructions.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and follow safety procedures at all times.
• Lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds as needed.
