The role requires VA SAR designation, 2+ years of underwriting experience, strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and proficiency with loan origination software such as Encompass.

• Active VA SAR designation.
• 2+ years of mortgage underwriting experience.
• Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines.
• Knowledge of TRID, TILA, ECOA, HMDA.
• Ability to navigate loan origination software and present information clearly.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
