Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Holdings seeks a Treasury Facility Analyst II to forecast budgets, monitor investments, and manage cash-flow activities. You will generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Access and Excel to support internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in treasury/finance within the mortgage industry; you must have advanced Excel, Access, and SQL skills to succeed in this role, with a Chandler, AZ preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Investor Reporting or Investor Accounting in mortgage industry required.
• Advanced Excel, Access and SQL skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Access and Excel.
• Analyze results to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and/or process bank transfer requests including wire and book transfers.
• Process stop payment requests and other check-related research.
