Job Overview

Finance, Treasury Facility Analyst II – Responsible for financial planning and analysis to forecast budgets and financial status. Research economic trends, investment opportunities, procure funds, and monitor investments and collections. Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as applicable US state and federal laws. Prefer to have someone near our office in Chandler, AZ.

Target pay range: $70,000‑$95,000 annually + annual bonus. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

What You'll Do

• Create and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Access and Excel for internal and external use.
• Analyze results to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and/or process bank transfer requests, including wire, book transfer, and account transfers.
• Process stop‑payment requests and conduct other check‑related research.

What You're Need

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
• 3‑5 years of Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Investor Reporting, and Investor Accounting experience in the mortgage industry required.
• Advanced Excel, Access, and SQL database skills required.
