Carrington Mortgage Holdings is seeking a Treasury Facility Analyst II to forecast budgets, analyze economic trends, and manage fund procurement and investments.

The role emphasizes data reporting using Access and Excel, with responsibilities for wire transfers and bank payment processing within a compliant mortgage environment.

Office location preference is Chandler, AZ, with a salary range of $70,000–$95,000 plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred.
• 3-5 years of Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Investor Reporting and Investor Accounting experience in the mortgage industry required.
• Advanced Excel, Access and SQL database skills required. Prefer to have someone near our office in Chandler, AZ!

Responsibilities

• Create and distributes daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using Access and Excel, for internal and external use.
• Analyze results to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and/or process bank transfer requests, including wire, book transfer, and account transfers.
• Process stop payment requests and other check related research.
