The Client Education Services team designs, develops and delivers client‑centric learning solutions across the Single‑Family business. Our team leverages business expertise, innovative techniques and technology to create easy‑to‑access learning solutions that make it easier for clients to do business with Freddie Mac.
In this position, you will facilitate, develop, and execute business‑oriented learning solutions that support Freddie Mac’s Single‑Family business goals. You will leverage your instructional design, business analysis, project management, and reporting skills to identify learning opportunities, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights that enhance client and business outcomes.

This position has an annualized market‑based salary range $105,000 - $157,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
