Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in finance, economics, or similar with quantitative focus.
• Working knowledge of fixed income financial instruments and risk measures.
• Exposure to data science and computer science preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; ability to create and maneuver spreadsheets and data.
• Knowledge in VBA, SQL and Power BI.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Analytical and IT skills related to financial asset pricing and risk measurement.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn about mortgage portfolio management.
• Support product pricing (advances and mortgages) and facilitate transaction verification.
• Automate reports and processes using VBA/SQL/Power BI.
• Test new products and systems.
• Identify and collect market information; verify with multiple sources.
• Conduct market research and ad hoc analyses for portfolio management strategies.
