PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to join the Mortgage organization, based in the Pittsburgh South region including nearby counties.

The role focuses on recommending loan solutions, managing client relationships, and developing new business while coordinating with internal stakeholders to close mortgage transactions. The position emphasizes compliance with lending guidelines, strong sales activity, and effective communication with clients to deliver tailored

Qualifications

• University/college degree with <1 year of professional experience or equivalent combination of education, certification and experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combo of education and experience may be considered.
• Background checks as required by CFPB/FDIC regulations (SAFE Act) will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Recommend loan solutions per lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Responsible for sales calls.
• Develop and prepares loan solutions and refers products and services; review documentation for compliance.
• Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted/complex borrowers.
