Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of mortgage sales experience.
• NMLS/SAFE license required or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes applicant information to determine qualification for a loan program.
• Assists customers in discussing financial goals and starts the loan application.
• Clearly explains loan program terms, benefits, and the loan process.
• Ensures documents are returned and disclosures signed promptly.
• Follows sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant.
• Meets or exceeds Sales KPIs and responds to customer needs with professionalism.
