Liberty FCU is seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor to join our Evansville, IN team. The role focuses on mortgage loan boarding, servicing after close, and coordinating with accounting for reconciliations. Work week is 40 hours with rotating Saturdays and potential overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities include fielding servicing calls, processing payoffs, researching loan issues, and supporting loan sale activities. Previous mortgage servicing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week and rotating Saturdays.
• Strong attention to detail and member service skills.

Responsibilities

• Field servicing calls from members and staff.
• Complete boarding for new, renewed and modified mortgage loans.
• Perform servicing after close: payments, payoffs, issue resolution.
• Support loan sale transactions and reconciliations with accounting.
