Liberty FCU in Evansville, IN is seeking a full-time Mortgage Construction Specialist to deliver exceptional member and builder experiences through meticulous loan servicing and conversion.

This role supports construction and renovation loans, sets up parameters, processes draw requests, monitors fund usage and coordinates with builders and third-party vendors.

Candidates should be detail oriented with mortgage loan experience preferred; Saturday rotations are required at our Main Office.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with focus on member and builder experience.
• Mortgage loan servicing and conversion experience preferred.
• Willingness to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set up construction parameters in servicing software.
• Process draw requests and monitor construction funds.
• Communicate with members and builders throughout the construction process.
• Review and update loan information in the servicing software.
• Provide excellent service to employees, members and builders.
