Selene Holdings in Dallas, TX seeks a Loss Analysis Business Analyst to identify and report mortgage servicing losses, complete loan reconciliations, and partner with upstream units to drive corrective actions that reduce future reoccurrence.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with FHA servicing guidelines and agency claims, and the ability to translate findings into practical process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing loss analysis, default claims, loan reconciliation, or related analytical function.
• Direct FHA servicing, claims, or loss analysis experience required.
• Hands-on experience with MSP/MSP Director or related ICE Mortgage Technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform full account reconciliations on loans post-default, balancing to current day.
• Analyze controllable losses to identify root causes and financial impact of servicing actions or gaps.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and vendor-related recovery efforts as needed.
