Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Servicing Compliance Testing and Validation Auditor to support RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC. This on-site role conducts loan-level testing, evaluates findings, and collaborates with line of business partners to determine dispositions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with MSP and multiple systems to document evidence and remediation efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage servicing experience is required.
• Experience auditing loans for regulatory and investor requirements.
• Ability to identify and test compliance and control-related activities.
• Familiarity with MSP and related systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent, loan-level SCTV testing using defined scripts.
• Evaluate results to identify gaps or non-conformances and document findings.
• Communicate results with testing partners and business owners to determine disposition.
• Document testing descriptions, rationale, and evidence in the tracking system.
• Identify valid exceptions and collaborate with stakeholders for remediation and gap assessment.
