Job summary

PGIM Real Estate Loan Servicing in Dallas seeks an Accountant to join its Agency Accounting Team. You will prepare journal entries for agency mortgage loans through the life cycle, reconcile cash logs, and maintain MSR analytics and PASS accounts.

The role emphasizes GAAP, advanced Excel, cross-functional collaboration with Investor Reporting, Servicing, and IT, and a willingness to work extended hours in a hybrid office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical ability.
• Ability to drive process improvement and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare agency mortgage loan journal entries across loan lifecycle (deposit, rate lock, funding, settlement).
• Maintain cash logs and account reconciliations, including MSR analytics and PASS reconciliations.
• Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Investor Reporting, Investor Operations, Servicing, Asset Management, and IT to ensure effective communication.
