Recruiter – Senior Loan Officers

RenoFi is hiring a recruiter to join our fast‑growing, early‑stage startup. As a sales‑focused recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting Senior Loan Officers with a proven track record of self‑sourcing leads. Senior Loan Officers will have the full range of RenoFi’s loan product suite, including our exclusive home equity renovation loans.

This role reports to the EVP of National Production and will work closely with the Retail Sales team.
