Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking ambitious sales-driven individuals for the Loan Officer Academy Associate program in Scottsdale, AZ. You will receive comprehensive training, support, and resources to earn your mortgage license and develop the skills to become a successful Loan Officer.

Upon licensing and exams, you will transition into a Licensed Loan Officer role, working directly with customers and building your own pipeline.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (in any capacity).
• Desire to Succeed and be motivated.
• Great Communicator and Relationship Builder.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Learn mortgage process, lending products, sales techniques and CRM during the Academy.
• Obtain mortgage license after training and exams.
• Transition into Licensed Loan Officer and build your own client pipeline.
