Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit seasoned home loan consultants.
• Manage all aspects of sales production.
• Train external mortgage team on sales skills and development.
• Create business opportunities through external referral sources (realtors, builders).
• Collaborate with referral partners to drive additional business opportunities.
• Foster a sales culture that drives top performance.
• Manage branch pipeline and file quality by MLOs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
