The candidate will assist with system training, procedure writing, and coordination of internal communications and partnerships, while ensuring compliance with risk controls and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Training and facilitation experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Partners with sales leadership to develop training, onboarding, and reporting for the mortgage sales group.
• Supports Mortgage Marketing System administration and internal systems (LOS, Intranet, JDrive, SharePoint).
• Facilitates mortgage compensation execution, reporting, customer service, compliance and quality for the sales team.
• Provides administrative support for Management and the sales leadership team (time management, meeting planning, travel).
• Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
• All employees must participate in risk management per the company's risk program.
