Job summary

First National Bank of America is seeking a friendly and professional Resolutions Support to efficiently serve our residential borrowers resolving delinquent accounts in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role is 20-25 hours per week and offers opportunities to work with case managers and title companies while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma, strong Microsoft Word/Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage documentation or title work is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with case managers
• Work with title companies
• Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents
• Draft letters and correspondences for internal and external use
• Perform routine customer calls and correspondences
• Resolve client questions or problems ensuring a resolution
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulation
• Complete transfer tax forms
• Draft various legal documents
• Any other duties
