Job summary

You will build relationships with builders, realtors, and other referral sources, ensuring timely processing, disclosures, and funding while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience originat residential mortgages; 4 years preferred.
• Must have an existing referral network for mortgage leads.
• Experience using loan origination software and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional and Government (FHA/VA/USDA) programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; NMLS license required.

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans through referrals, branches, and marketing efforts.
• Self-sources leads, converts to applications, presents products.
• Collect borrower documents and satisfy loan conditions.
• Ensure timely closing and funding of loans.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing to mortgage customers.
• Promote cross-sell of other bank products.
• Assist CRA loan initiatives in local market.
