You will coordinate cross-functional teams, balance flexibility with disciplined delivery, and communicate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years leading projects in mortgage or related industries, strong knowledge of Agile delivery, and proficiency with project management tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading technical, non-technical, and enterprise projects in mortgage industry.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery aligning with business goals and priorities.
• Provide regular status updates, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting.
