Job summary

Regions Bank in Houston, TX, seeks a Mortgage Production Manager to supervise production in a mortgage banking branch and drive individual sales production. You will develop origination sources, manage staff workflow, and report branch performance to senior leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, with management experience preferred. NMLS registration is required and this position is incentive eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of mortgage lending, real estate, retail sales or related experience.
• Two years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops existing and cultivates new origination sources for one or more mortgage products.
• Manages the staff's workflow and assigns prospective loan requests.
• Monitors and manages branch performance and reports findings to Senior Management.
• Makes sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop or retain business.
• Prepares files for underwriting, loan committee, private mortgage insurance company and investors.
• Determines solutions for complex issues presented by operations and sales teams.
• May work with subordinate loan officers on more complex loans.
