Qualifications

• At least 12 months of mortgage or related customer service experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and prioritization of deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Review investor and agency requirements for origination programs.
• Manage onboarding for new investor partners.
• Maintain mortgage investor programs and guidelines with housing agencies.
• Respond to questions from Branch and Corporate teams, including underwriting scenarios.
• Create investor matrices used as quick-reference guides.
• Develop mortgage products and mortgage insurance plans in origination systems.
• Monitor program updates and revise internal guidelines.
• Support processes to ensure accuracy and compliance across origination, processing, pricing, underwriting, closing, servicing, and delivery.
