PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager in Novi, MI to continue originating while building and leading a high-performing mortgage team. You will recruit, coach, and guide loan officers, managing the branch's culture and profitability.

You’ll start with compensation tied to your production, with a base salary plus commissions and a sign-on bonus. This on-site role offers strong access to capital markets and modern origination tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Possession of Principal Lending license or ability to obtain where required.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
