Summary

This position is responsible for the compilation of all documentation necessary to garner approval on all first mortgage loans.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Previous processing experience is required of at least 2 years.
• Responsible for delivery of exceptional service levels during the processing of the mortgage loans, to both the member and the client. Survey results to be at company’s standards at 95.00%.
• Maintain a pipeline of 25-35 loans consisting of all loan types with minimal assistance on conventional and limited assistance on government loans.
• Demonstrate behaviors that are consistent with the credit union’s values, philosophies, and leadership characteristics.
• Work with other departments to ensure the workflow or process is providing the best service to the members.
• Promotes honest and open communication throughout the credit union and with our clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Flexible to work extended hours during heavy workload periods.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

In this position, individual will be expected to lift up to 20 pounds from time to time.

Also, must be able to stoop, bend, reach, or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position is expected to work in general office environment.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• This position requires at least two years Mortgage Lending experience.
