Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan processing experience or Xinnix Training with mentor
• Experience handling mortgage documents and disclosures
• Familiarity with loan files, AUS, and underwriting processes

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans
• Reviews residential loan applications to ensure completeness and conformance
• Orders verifications (income, assets, credit, liabilities) to confirm data
• Prepares and sends loan disclosures and various forms to borrowers
• Orders title work, insurance, condo docs, appraisals, and related items
• Maintains logs and pipeline reports for branch loans
