This is a great position for a loan officer who knows their trade and the mortgage process but doesn't want the hassle of generating new relationships and prefers to spend his/her time and skills working with our warm leads. You will be responsible for the “contact to contract” phase of the loan. Your job will be to work closely with borrowers to expedite their mortgage process and ensure everything runs smoothly.
