Job summary

Zillow is seeking a Coordinator II, Mortgage Operations, Post Closing to review closed mortgage files for completeness and accuracy, resolve deficiencies, and prepare loans for investor delivery. You will ensure documentation meets investor and regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to clear exceptions.

Responsibilities include validating disclosures, packaging files, monitoring pipelines, and contributing to process improvements in post-closing

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing mortgage loan documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Encompass loan origination system is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review closed mortgage loan files for completeness, data accuracy, and alignment with guidelines.
• Identify and resolve post-closing deficiencies by coordinating with partners and settlement agents.
• Validate closing disclosures and supporting documents for consistency with data and pricing.
• Prepare and package post-closed files for delivery to investors and market partners.
• Monitor pipelines, prioritize work to meet timelines, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Perform quality and data integrity checks and document resolution steps for audits.
• Contribute to process improvements in post-closing workflows.
