The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in mortgage lending and originations, active NMLS licensing, and a proven track record of leadership, relationship management, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of mortgage lending and originations experience with leadership.
• Must be registered with NMLS and maintain active status.
• Strong knowledge of loan structuring, underwriting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute mortgage origination strategies with exec leadership.
• Lead mortgage staff, set goals, provide feedback and development.
• Oversee staffing, training and performance reviews for the team.
• Build relationships with brokers and industry partners.
• Ensure compliant, timely mortgage processing from application to closing.
