Qualifications

• Two or more years mortgage experience required.
• One or more years loss mitigation preferred.
• Knowledge of HAMP, FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and prepare modification documents for recording and processing.
• Monitor receipt and delivery of loan modification documents to agencies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to track timelines and handle rejections.
• Request collateral delivery extensions to meet program requirements.
• Ensure documents are properly executed and delivered on time.
